Kim Goodwin
Kim has been in the dental field for 22 years. She brought her years of experience to the Holly Tree Pediatric Team in 1998 as an administrator. Her love of children, dependability and easy-going personality make her an undeniable asset to our team. She enjoys shopping, exercising, reading, and camping. Kim resides in Ware Shoals, SC with her husband, Chris and their three cats, Tigger, Lil Bit and Miss Kitty.
Tascha Hightower
Tascha joined our team in March 2008. She is our Personal Relations Coordinator (PRC). What is a PRC you might ask? Tascha represents our office to many referring doctors' offices and helps with our internal and external marketing. Tascha is originally from Germany and came to the US in September 2004 as an AuPair. Dr. Bynum and her family welcomed Tascha into their home in October 2005. She enjoys kickboxing, traveling (back to Germany), and spending time with her husband,Caleb, and her daughter Mira Ann. She also enjoys playing with her two dogs, Waylon and Chloe.
April Hayes
April wears many hats at Holly Tree as both a dental assistant and our hospital coordinator. She joined our team in 1998 after graduating from Greenville Technical College and earning a degree in dental assisting. April is dependable and fully committed to exceptional patient care. She calls Belton, SC home, where she lives with her husband, Ricky and their two sons, Trey and Zachary. She enjoys scrapbooking, church activities, and traveling with her family to watch her sons play baseball.
Lea Ann Montoya
Lea Ann plays an integral role here at Holly Tree. She is a graduate of Greenville Technical College where she earned a degree in dental assisting. She began working with the Bynums as Dr. Matt's assistant in 1998. Lea Ann makes sure that all of your insurance forms are in perfect order to receive your reimbursement and she also coordinates Dr. Ann's schedule. You may see Lea Ann in the treatment area from time to time as she still loves assisting. She is certified in CPR and dental radiography. Lea Ann enjoys mountain biking, singing, reading and traveling with her husband, Jon.
Lauren Monroe
Lauren joined our team in June 2009 after earning a degree in dental assisting from Greenville Technical College. She is certified in CPR, nitrous oxide monitoring, dental radiography and chairside assisting. Lauren has worked with kids for many years and is very excited about joining our team. She enjoys going to the mountains, Clemson football games, working out and spending time with her husband, Shea, friends, family, and her dogs, Torque and Tyson.
Heather Williams
Heather brings an extended knowledge and experience to our dental team. She received her education through the Greenville Technical College Dental Assisting Program. Heather joined the Holly Tree team in 2000. She is certified in operating room procedures, CPR, nitrous oxide monitoring and dental radiography. Her outgoing personality and bright smile builds lasting relationships with our patients and their families. She enjoys shopping, traveling and spending time with her husband, Jamie, friends, family and her dog, Bentley.
Jena Whitten
Jena received a degree in Dental Assisting in the summer of 2010 and joined our team soon after. She is certified in chairside assisiting, dental radiography, nitrous oxide monitoring and CPR. Jena's love for children has made her a perfect fit for our Holly Tree Team! She enjoys shopping, laying in the sun, traveling and spending time with her friends and family, especially her little girl, Maybree.
Dianna Forkins
Dianna came to us with seven years experience in the medical field. She joined our team in July 2010 after earning her degree in Dental Assisting from Greenville Tech. She is certified in nitrous oxide monitoring, dental radiography and chairside assisting. She loves working with kids and has two children of her own, Sydney and Colin. Dianna enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
Stephanie
Stephanie originally joined our team in May 2008 but followed her heart and married her husband, David, which took her to Kansas. We’re excited to have Stephanie return to our team as of January 2012 due to David’s deployment with the Army to Korea. During her spare time she enjoys running, working out, shopping, going to the beach, and “Skyping” with her hubby! Stephanie is a graduate of Greenville Technical College and is certified in CPR, nitrous oxide monitoring, dental radiography, and chair-side assisting.
