Meshanda (Shon) has been a dedicated Administrative Assistant at Holly Tree Pediatric Dentistry since 2023, ensuring that every family leaves with a smile. She plays a key role in the check-out process, greeting families warmly and making sure they feel valued and cared for. Her goal is to go above and beyond, ensuring that every patient’s experience is positive from start to finish.

What Shon loves most about Holly Tree is the culture of respect and kindness—both within the team and toward patients. She describes the atmosphere as fun, engaging, and educational, where every child is treated with love and individualized care. Originally from Augusta, GA, she was drawn to Holly Tree’s patient-first philosophy and the way the doctors and staff genuinely invest in both their patients and their employees.

With over a decade of experience in administrative roles, Shon holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Public Administration. While her background spans multiple industries, working in pediatric dentistry has been a uniquely rewarding experience.

Outside of work, Shon is a proud wife and mother to three sons and a daughter. She and her family love trying new restaurants and discovering hidden foodie gems. She also has a passion for sky views and has a phone full of clouds, sun, moon, and star photos—her kids even send her random pictures throughout the week. A fun fact? She’s a sock enthusiast—not just any socks, but bold, colorful, and uniquely patterned long socks!

Currently living in Duncan, some of her favorite local spots include Rick Erwin’s, which reminds her of back home, and Falls Park, where she enjoys relaxing and people-watching.
